Landscaping Provider in Olathe Kansas Speaks About Fall Seeding

By Jonathan White

Do you know that planting your landscaping during the fall time is an ideal time? If you didn't realize, it is fine since most people do not. Most people wait around for spring season to return for the landscaping to start. It is a very prevalent misconception.

Planting the landscape in the fall season is ideal. This current heat we've encountered this season has shown that to be true.

2012 was incredibly nasty for landscaping as a whole. This year proved to be exceptionally warm and dry for Olathe landscape. We have seen landscape customers who were extremely dedicated to watering their landscaping and doing what it takes to help keep everything living end up losing a lot of the plants. Even the really devoted landscaping lovers ending up seeing a large amount of the landscape die.

It was the springtime rooted landscape that was taking the absolute hardest hit. Clients which had planted during the fall in contrast had zero difficulties with keeping their landscape alive. There is a rather simple reason this is.

You will want solid root system for the landscaping and fall time planting does that. If you'd like your landscape to succeed and look great, a deeply rooted root system is essential. Landscape that has trivial root systems will probably have trouble standing up to burning summers.

We don't want you to live in fear that if you don't plant in the fall of 2012 the 2013 landscape will die. An excellent year will do wonders for spring planted landscapes. The apocalyptic amount of heat we've experienced this year has shown the truth that landscaping in the fall time will produce strong plants.

Here's a question though, if autumn planted landscaping made it through the drought, how well will fall time landscaping thrive during a season of amazing weather? With that said, if you take care of your landscaping now before winter, you will have a great deal less required maintenance and watering next summer because the deep soil moisture is going to be doing a lot of the work for you.

In conclusion, the typical misconception that spring landscape planting is the best approach to take is simply not accurate. Plus, you will likely only have to do half of heavy lifting maintaining and sprinkling your grass that following spring and summer. It is a mutually beneficial scenario for everyone.
