3 Types of Employees That Can Ruin Your Business

Being the person responsible for hiring and firing employees is a tough job. It's never going to be a popular position. But the impact of weakest employees must be considered.

When it comes to determining who should stay and who may be jeopardizing the success of your company, however, how do you choose? How do you know you are making the right choice? Three types of employees can put your company at risk.

Employees You Don't Want in Your Company

Not Passionate- These are perhaps the easiest weak employees to identify. They are the ones that are constantly standing at the water cooler, showing up late, leaving early, and always arriving with a wrinkled and unkempt staff uniform. They don't seem to care at all and actually trying to complete the tasks they are assigned is something they just won't do. You may not find it difficult to let these employees go at all. Why keep them around if they offer nothing?

No Results- These are the individuals you have high hopes for when you first present them with a staff uniform. They are sincere in their efforts and work hard. They may be putting in a lot of extra hours too. However, they are incapable of doing their job, or are perhaps no longer capable of doing it. Despite their hard work, these employees need to be let go. They are in fact adding to company costs instead of adding any value. Be fair but firm when you need to let these individuals go because they were the ones who wore their work uniform with pride and are good people.

Select Fitting Work Uniform Online- People Who Are Not a Good Fit- Some employees may seem to do everything right for work. Clean corporate wear and on time, and they deliver results for the company. These employees seem like they would be perfect for the job, except for one thing. But there is a certain corporate culture your company has that they just don't fit. Perhaps you have workaholic perfectionists at your workplace and this person needs to get off on proper work timings. Be honest with this type of employee; they need to know their efforts and results were fantastic, but that they just didn't fit in.

You will decide which of the individuals will be wearing your work uniform and which need to go. The decision you come to should be made keeping in mind the benefits for your company. This is the right way towards pushing your company to the lime light.
