Parental involvement is mandatory and tutoring is available when needed. The road to college following the secondary education is made smooth by this mode of learning. Popularity led to the opening of a second chapter on another college campus.
Most participants are of Hispanic origin. The rest of the students are eight percent Asian, five percent black and one percent white. The National Honor Society, mentors and other educational institutions are taking an active part in the program.
