By Toni Vang

The United States of America is composed of a multiple nationalities whose origin comes from a number of countries across the globe.in fact, Since independence, it has been able to host people who migrate from the countries who come for assignments, are on holiday or come to gain citizenship in the country. Each citizen must hail from a certain place and it becomes the duty of the US government to ensure that they investigate the background of the individual before they gain the citizenship. One of the tribes are the Cheyenne Arapaho.

The state of Oklahoma, particularly Concho, has inhabitants who are from the said origin. They have been organized in their own jurisdiction areas. From time to time, they elect their leaders to represent their interests on behalf of the overall government.

An administration must be organized according to the constitution of the country. This is why it has been sub divided into legislature, judicial, executive and the overall tribal council. These branches have representatives whose main interest is to represent the inhabitants in matters of concern. They are either appointed or elected depending on their laws.

It is important to evaluate the performance of leaders through their economy. The tribal members have four casinos and smoke shops that readily contribute to their per capita share in the country. They have established their websites where they work out their math and release the information concerning rise or decline in value of their assets.

The people are very conversant with the fact that it is important to give full knowledge on administrative practices so that the students remain relevant. This is why the local university has formed a branch that targets the youth form the local environment so that they can easily impart the knowledge.

Both the tribes have rich culture that dates back from as early as the 1900s. The culture and heritage program readily involves its members while organizing for events. The goal for organizing the events are; involve cultural participation, programs that promote the tribal content and citizenship within the tribe. Some of the activities are; traditional hand games and some cultural dances. The main agenda is to connect the youth among the tribal community.

It is indeed the responsibility of the tribal members to focus on training the youth on values rather than vices. This is why they readily offer employment opportunities for them so that they can be responsible in future. They readily recruit the ones who have successfully completed their studies so that they can further their careers. They put notices for them to read through the newspapers.

All in all Cheyenne and Arapaho are two tribes who have learned the value of living together in order to safeguard their interests. This is why they are organized enough to form a systematic form of government that makes them unique from all the other tribes located within the same region.
