Do not rely entirely on your instinct. Even if you make the wrong decision, you will still have a valuable learning experience. If you make the wrong decision, chances are you, you will not make it again.

When thinking about your personal development goals, set what standards you think constitutes the best. Therefore, you must value your best and make it an important aspect of your life.

Write a pep talk for yourself. Get a postcard and fill it with positives about yourself, your personality and your accomplishments. Put this list up on a wall, or carry it with you. You can also try videotaping yourself reading your positive self-affirmations. Replay the video on a daily basis, as well as when you need to hear some positive news about yourself. Stop stressing yourself needlessly. Do not over-react to setbacks: this will only cause you more stress. You have to understand things go wrong on occasion when you're trying to achieve a goal. It's a fact that you can't please everyone, so you should try to make yourself happy first. You are responsible for your own personal happiness, but this shouldn't be at the expense of other people's feelings. To be a happier person and succeed in personal growth, you must be true to your authentic self and your own sense of right and wrong.

Most employers are more concerned about the degree itself, rather than where it came from. However, there are some instances, such as with financial institutions, that this may not be the case. The most important thing though, is to have a degree.

Your body's health affects your mind's health. Exercise on a regular basis, and eat a healthy diet filled with nutritious foods. Always keep in mind that a sound mental state and a vigorous physical condition should work in tandem.
