Bible Passages Used In Christian Mens Conference

By Kevin Robinson

People keep learning till they die, either consciously or unconsciously. To learn consciously, one has to enroll in a school or attend conferences. Depending on the conference, people draw inspiration that can help them in any aspect of life. For instance, Christian mens conference is targeted at men whose faith are in the Lord and need no other help but that which comes from Him to tackle their challenges. They do this by looking deeply at some passages of the Bible.

A very important passage for men that will be taught in most conferences is Joshua 1:9. This passage encourages men not to be afraid because God is always near. It adds that God is always with man wherever he goes. This is a great promise because, with God's presence around man, it means that nothing can overpower him since God is the all in all.

Someone looking for inspirational passages without anyone in mind will surely find some in the book of Psalms. Even from the first chapter and first three verses, Christian men are admonished how to live their lives. They are warned of the kind of people they should not call friends. Such people include the scornful, the sinners and the ungodly. The time to be spent with them should be used in the study of the Bible.

Men should not be afraid of one another. This is according to the scriptures in Psalms 118:6. Man is not to fear his fellow man because no man owns life. The only one who man should be afraid of Is God and that is because he has the ability to take life and give it back.

If any man wants to please God, let him look at what is written in Psalms 119:9. There, the secret to making God happy is studying and meditating on his word. In addition to these, God is more pleased when a man orders his steps according to what is written in the scriptures.

Men who may not feel the urge to partner with people in business are given Proverbs 27:17 as a piece of advice. It shows that what a man can do can be more successful with more than one person. This scripture is there to let one understand that the Bible is really a source of wisdom to all who can read and interpret with the help of the Holy Spirit. Nevertheless, the men have to partner with other Christians for two cannot walk together except they agree.

When you are in serious trouble and you are totally confused about what to do next, God encourages you to pray and study the book of Jeremiah chapter 29 verses 11. Here, God says he knows the plan he has for you, which is to bring you to an expected end. This is enough to be hopeful in any adversity.

In the New Testament, men are advised to confess their sins to one another. The reason is to stand upright before the Lord when praying. A righteous man's prayer goes a long way in achieving what seems impossible. As men confess their sins to one another, they are also prayed for by their fellow men.
