It is quite obvious that most people dont know that what they think influences the nervous system. There will be the positive thoughts and also the negative thought. Individually they will be seen to cause various effects to the nerves and stimulate different cause of actions for the body. May be it is a fight or flight trigger. Well, with this in mind, it is then appropriate to know more about how this happens. Keep reading to get more insight on how thoughts influence nerves.

It is quite normal that a person will experience many thoughts at the end of the day. This shows that a person will be very vulnerable to the effects of the negative and positive thinking. Thus it is the high priority that a person engages in the positive thoughts more. This acts to prevent against several illnesses, for instance, the high blood pressure.

Do you experience the self-talk? Well, this is one tricky talk since it will cause several reactions for your body. If you are not aware of the way, it works then remain keen. Your body will be conditioned to react to stimuli. And in this case, your body will have a self-talk within after a threat has been detected. This way, it will either react to releasing the adrenalin. This will help with the flight. And on the flipside affect your digestive system. If it is habitual, it may lead to stroke and insomnia.

You will also agree that an individual with poor emotional health will also have a poor immune system. This just proves that the thoughts will greatly affect the nervous system. Research has shown that poor emotional health leads to many feelings that will certainly lead to infections and also the abuse of alcohol and tobacco. When this graduate to these levels then you will be certain that the body will be at risk. Long-term effect will include lung cancer and also the breast cancer.

If you are experiencing negative feelings, then you will sure experience stress. Stress is one common problem that most people will experience. This is a problem that these people will not know of how it came about. Well, the negative feelings will greatly cause depressions or anger on the other side. If this happens, the body will be tasked with absorbing the pressure. And if it is not able to, then other secondary effects will start to follow through.

You can increase or shorten your life span with the kind of feelings that you entertain. Well, if you do know of the DNA telomeres, they will be deleted by hormones. When you have negative energy, there will be the hormonal imbalance that will then affect the normal functioning. This deletes the strands and thus shortening your life span.

Make certain that you do not develop chronic stress. It is argued out that stress can be inter generational. What does this mean? Well, perhaps your parents had this gene twinned with anxiety. It is then rather obvious that they will pass the genes to the children. When this happens, the children will have to be treated of the gene. This will include all measure possible to regulate the gene.

Make certain that you only entertain the positive feelings alone. This way, you will also have a longer lifespan.
