Situated to the northwest of Indianapolis, the state capital of Indiana, are a trio of smaller cities. These are Carmel, Fishers and Noblesville. Each of these towns makes its own impact on Fishers IN rentals. The state of Indiana is located near the Great Lakes.

The population of the area has grown considerably since 1963, when it was home to no more than 350 people. Today, it has a population of almost 77,000. The town occupies approximately 34 square miles of territory, for a population density of roughly 2,200 per square mile. The town is well served by transport via Interstate Highway 69. The lush, green tree-lined streets indicate that neighborhoods here are well established. Education is administered by the Hamilton Southeastern School District, serving more than twenty thousand students. The town boasts two high schools, which are fed by four intermediate and four junior schools. There are a dozen elementary schools. Frances Farmer, inspiration for the 1982 movie, "Frances, " is one of several famous names to emerge from the city.

If you are pondering moving here, you should know what kind of weather to expect. Autumns and summers are balmy and comfortable. Temperatures range from the 70s to 80s. The colder months of January through March are somewhat harsh, when temperatures are known to be lower than the freezing point.

Just north of the capital city of Indianapolis lies Noblesville. Occupying a land area of just over 31 square miles and with a population of 52 thousand, the population density here is a laid back 1,600. Noblesville lies within what is known as the Corn Belt of the United States. Noblesville was home to Indiana's first member of the United States Senate, James Noble. He served three terms from 1816 until he died in 1831. While most students in Noblesville attend classes the Noblesville School District, some fall within the catchment area of Hamilton Southeastern SD.

Similar to Noblesville, the city of Carmel has a population density of 1,700. Early in the town's history, it was known as Bethlehem. It was renamed in 1874, around the time it was incorporated. Notable people from Carmel include television personality Ted Allen, golf course designer Lee Schmidt, and football player Adam Vinatieri.

Families in the market for lofts in Carmel IN are interested in the local school system. Carmel's public school system oversess three middle schools, one high school, and 11 elementary schools. The area is also served by a number of private learning institutions. Companies like ITT Tech Institute, Delta Faucet and CNO Financial Group have made their headquarters here.
