It is advisable tat before fixing the prices; you need to conduct a feasibility study to find out what other competitors are charging. You also need to look at the economic status of those [potential clients before fixing your prices. You need to lower your prices so that you can attract more people to use your services.

However when lowering the services, it is important to ensure that you do not lower the prices and end up making losses. You must also consider the cost you incur in offering the services then fixing a price which will enable to make profits.
