Yes, this is a tall order given the fact that you already have a lot of things to process but then, you basically do not have any choice on the matter at hand. Know your trade and that is where things will start to get easier for you to handle.

Help the vendors in setting up their equipment. Remember that everything has to be perfect in your eyes before anything else. If not, then your prospects would really get mad at you and you would fail in having that recommendation at the end of the day. Thus, try to stay away from that kind of situation.

Inform the couple on their schedule for the day. Keep in mind that everything has to be on schedule and you ought to know whether they can make it to their appointment or not. That can help you make the changes without ruining what you have already planned for the entire week.

You should be sure that everything went well according to plan. If not, then again your reputation will be placed on a thin line. So, put that in this highest regard since this is the main reason why you have been trying so hard in the first place.

Overall, you must become the most excellent option in your industry. It may take some time for you to get past your competitors but you will soon get there. Believe in yourself and be committed to what you have started. In that way, your success shall be ensured.
