Intuitive Dream Reader And Dream Interpretation

By Pamela Kennedy

Whether an individual recognizes having psychic abilities or otherwise, there are some ways to expand intuition in order to obtain guidance along the path of life. One way in which to do so can be by learning how to become an intuitive dream reader. For, what many people do not realize is that there are no psychic powers necessary when it comes to interpreting dreams.

Dreams can often reveal a lot of long buried information which resides in the subconscious mind. Whereas, others can hold a number of clues and prophecies which can be beneficial in life. In some cases, spirit guides choose to send clues and prophecies about future life events through dreams as individuals are often more receptive during these messages while asleep.

Learning how to interpret dreams often begins by keeping a night time journal. For, when individuals can record as much information about a dream as possible when first awake, it can be easier to comprehend the details at a later date. Most often, those whom keep this type of journal do so by keeping a blank one next to the bed. While important to write down any details immediately, individuals also need to add additional information as remembered on an ongoing basis.

When documenting dreams, it is important to record as much detail as possible. For example, the place, location, people, animals and any other specific information need be recorded as soon as waking from a dream. Most often, individuals and professionals will be using a resource guide to obtain the meanings and symbols related to this recorded information.

For individuals whom do not like to, or can not write due to a disability, using a voice recorder or typing dreams out on a typewriter, laptop or smart phone are all viable options. For, the purpose is to keep a record of dreams so that the individual can return and reflect on the events and experiences while attempting to decipher the events and experiences which occurred during REM sleep.

In some cases, these events and experiences can assist individuals in daily life. In addition, when individuals can set intention before falling asleep, there are some cases where dreams can be used to answer specific questions or provide guidance on a particular topic. While this is the case, using a repetitive mantra or meditating in relation to the desired outcome can often be beneficial when doing so.

Some of the best resources for exploring dreams are the numerous publications which contain associated meanings and symbols. While there are a number of different animals, objects, themes and other information, most are unique to each individual. For example, if an individual is reminded of a person when seeing a beautiful scene in a dream, this could indicate the individual is trying to communicate during sleep.

With these resources, with or without psychic powers, anyone has the capability of deciphering and interpreting dreams. Individuals doing so for personal use, can often do so by referring to one of the many resources available in this area which decode the symbolic meaning of dreams. Whereas, if an individual attempts to interpret a dream and has difficulty doing so, professional interpreters are often extremely accurate, fairly inexpensive and can provide interpretations on an as-needed basis.
