This method helps in breaking the negative behavior and thinking pattern usually associated with cigarette usage. This is because those behaviors and thoughts that smoker holds on to prevent them from quitting use of cigarettes successfully.

When a person decides to quit using cigarettes, the main idea is to let go that routine and to have a new perspective on cigarettes. Actually, breaking such an addiction is often challenging, since many people think that changing the perspective about something is difficult.
