Create The Black Binder

By Evan Sanders

This lesson isn't as sinister as it sounds...

But it's absolutely critical to your success.

Repetition is the mother of all skill.

I know as an athlete I've heard this over and over again...but it holds a lot of truth. You're not going to be good at everything you do. In fact, when you're really learning something new, you're going to be awful at the start.

And that's perfectly okay.

But in time you will get better at things if you really take the time to manifest them into your life. What was once incredibly difficult will start to become muscle memory or familiar to you over time. It's important you don't stop there though...

So what is The Black Binder?

Well it doesn't necessarily have to be black in the first place. However, it's a binder that you create for yourself to look through every single morning that is filled with your goals, motivational quotes, and other things that encourage you.

This is something to have a lot of fun with.

Inside the binder, you are going to have quotes, affirmations, pictures of goals, dreams, ambitions, and phrases that inspire you.

The point here is, create something for yourself that you can see every single morning that will remind you of what you are up to in this life.

When you continue to repeat this process every single day, those dreams seem to become more real and a very big part of you. They are always in your mind and there's a strange way how you just start doing what needs to be done in order to achieve those dreams.

You are building in not only skills...but belief system.

Believe in everything that you are chasing after.

So take some time to create that binder. It could change your life.

Dive in.
