Being given with a higher position does not mean that you can already rub this around the faces of other people. So, be more responsible with your actions and treat this as a chance for you to be more of a person. You now have the power to dictate the future of an individual. Try not be so lenient with that.

Self control may not be taught but you can always inspire this virtue with some movie tickets or free food.
