Some people who may lack the pep required to get important things done need a natural energy supplement. In the modern world, more than ever, people are living fast-paced lives that may keep them from getting the proper rest their body needs to function. Supplements are a healthy option that can give people the alertness they require to take care of business.

Among the most popular stimulants used to give people pep is caffeine. This natural item is not the healthiest option but is available in many different forms and widely accessible. The substance that is found in the powerful bitter orange extract is referred to as synephrine. This is also considered a stimulant like coffee and has similarities with ephedra. People should never take more than what is suggested by a medical professional.

CoQ10 is naturally produced by the body and necessary for proper function. This is found in the mitochondria of a cell and is required to created adenosine triphosphate, which is the source of energy for cells. B vitamins are also applied for this purpose. They can combat fatigue. In fact, there are eight vitamins that are included in this terminology, each one is beneficial for health and energy. Most foods are fortified to include such vitamins, but still lack the amount needed by the body.

Both amino acids and bee pollen are useful too. There are more than 20 different amino acids required for protein synthesis. A couple of these acids are particularly beneficial for giving pep. Pollen is a super food that is a top resource for energy. It includes carbs, minerals, vitamins, fiber, protein, enzymes and other beneficial components.

The herb Gotu Kola, algae Spirulina and pollen-honey hybrid Royal Jelly are all used to give pep as well. Jelly is produced when the bees mix pollen and honey in the hives. It has B vitamins, enzymes, amino acids and much more. Spirulina has been used for hundreds of years, originally by the Aztecs. It contains B12, protein and more. Gotu Kola has long been used as treatment for both fatigue and anxiety.

There are a variety of options when it comes to finding a natural energy supplement. Many people living and playing in the modern day require these boosts. People should talk with their doctor before using these things.
