Maintaining Great Ideas About Clear Airport Security

By Greg Diener

The biggest concern in travel these days is the situations regarding clear airport security. Security agents around the country, have to put the safety of passengers as their number one priority to avoid a disastrous situation. If something unforeseen occurs on a flight it will have a profound effect not only at your airport, but for every airline traveler around the world.

Although it is important to help shield every tourist to save them from any harm, there have been an escalating number of problems that we hear at the airport. Not long ago there was an infringement in security at Newark International Airport due to a woman who was poorly screened because she had tested positive for residue from an explosive on her hand. It was later found out to be the result of an oversized bag setting off the alarm for probable explosive material. All this did was cause close to 200 flights to be late or cancelled because it caused the airport to go into lockdown for a few hours.

When I see problems like the situation I just mentioned at Newark it just causes me as a person who has never been a fan of getting on planes, just get the feeling that riding an airplane is not worth it. If a growing number of people see something like the one in Newark cause massive delays and cancellations it will led them to try another way to get to where they need to go. That is the last thing the airline industry needs in these unsure times.

With progressive methods coming into place like CLEAR a product which scans people's biometrical information for a yearly fee, this could avoid problems like the one in Newark. People need to have the capabilities to fly to where they need to be, but that does not mean that they should be treated like dirt when attempting to reach their plane. If we have more hassles regarding potential security breaches that are not actually breaches, who knows how much more further damage the airlines are going to receive?

Airports have to find a better way about how they are going to operate protection for all passengers in the future. There has to be more feedback to fix the struggles that we all face as travelers. Nobody wants to be bound in three-hour security lines without the guarantee if they are even going to reach their flight on-time. Hopefully, with services like CLEAR, answers will be coming to help solve our problems faster rather than later.
